Biographical Overview DR. JIMMY D. SANDERS, FACHE Jimmy D. Sanders retired from active duty as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps in 1988. He currently serves as Professor of Health Services and Public Administration at Troy University. He consults in health services policy development and implementation and is a former Candidate for the Alabama Senate. His educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Public Administration Degree from the University of Southern California in 1989. Dr. Sanders is a Recertified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). Dr. Sanders has served as President of the Association of Management and President of the International Society for Research in Healthcare Financial Management.
